Our Timeline

Amesmo, envisioned by Kam Malik, starts its journey with a remote, globally dispersed team. Initial focus is on mastering lead generation within the life insurance sector, establishing foundational technology, and launching the first set of marketing campaigns to support three clients. The year sets the tone for Amesmo's quality-driven and client-centric approach.

In 2019, Amesmo solidified its presence in the market. The team expanded and the business achieved a multi-million turnover. While continuing to focus on life insurance, we innovatively expanded our services to include hot key transfers, successfully attracting several new clients. Over the year, we supported more than two dozen clients, demonstrating our commitment to diversifying and strengthening our business model.

Faced with the challenges of Covid-19, Amesmo swiftly adapted. Our existing remote work model allowed us to focus on efficiency and growth amidst economic and societal disruptions. By the end of 2020, we had not only grown our business compared to the previous year but also secured contracts with major lead buyers in the insurance sectors. Diversifying into new financial services like health insurance and equity release, we continued our trajectory of expansion.

2021 marked a year of exponential growth and diversification for Amesmo. Building on our previous successes, we scaled significantly with key clients and expanded our client base, selling leads to over three dozen companies. Our exploration into diverse advertising channels like Bing PPC, Facebook and Native advertising reaped rewards, enhancing our market reach. The introduction of advanced quality optimisation tools like Power BI took our operational excellence to new heights.

The year 2022 brought its challenges, with market fluctuations and operational hurdles impacting our momentum. Despite these setbacks, we focused on strategic planning for the future, learning from our experiences and preparing to venture into new markets. New team members joined us to prepare us for the journey ahead. This period of introspection and regrouping was crucial for laying a robust foundation for renewed growth and success.

In 2023, Amesmo regained much of the lost momentum, successfully diversifying beyond financial services. Our foray into B2B services and international markets marked a significant shift in our business strategy. We implemented innovative processes and automated key aspects of quality management, preparing us to move faster and more effectively in 2024. Despite tough economic conditions, we ended the year stronger, setting a confident path for continued success.
